OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1399 amending the <br />Development Plan for the West <br />Washington - Chapin Development <br />Area.. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that following <br />items be entered into the record: an <br />original of the Notice of Public <br />Hearing of the West Washington- <br />Chapin Development Area; an <br />I Affidavit of Carol Smith, Advertising <br />i Manager of the South Bend Tribune, <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in that daily newspaper on <br />! December 22, 1995; an Affidavit of <br />Lisa J Andrysiak, Classified <br />Manager of the Tri- County News, <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in that weekly newspaper <br />on December 22, 1995; copies of <br />letters sent to affected property <br />owners; copies of letters sent to <br />affected neighborhood organizations; <br />a copy of Resolution No. 1399 of the <br />Redevelopment Commission. As of <br />10:00 a.m. on January 2, 1996, <br />0 written remonstrances were <br />received. <br />E -3- <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
