Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1405, a Supplemental <br />Appropriation Resolution of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the Affidavits <br />stating that the Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in both the <br />South Bend Tribune and the Tri- <br />County News on December 22, 1995 <br />be entered into the record. There <br />was no objection and the items were <br />entered into the record. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that <br />Resolution No. 1405 appropriates <br />$135,000 of tax increment funds <br />from the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. The funds will <br />be used for local public <br />improvements in various projects in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public <br />Hearing for anyone who wished to <br />speak. There was no one who <br />wished to speak. Ms. Auburn closed <br />the Public Hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to <br />take. <br />d.
