South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Organizational Meeting - January 2, 1996 <br />4. <br />[i <br />5. <br />4 <br />i <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 1410 SETTING <br />SALARIES FOR 1996 AND <br />APPOINTMENT OF STAFF. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that Resolution No. <br />1410 parallels the City's Salary <br />Ordinance. Ms. Kolata noted that <br />Resolution No. 1410 sets the maximum <br />salaries for the Redevelopment staff and <br />appoints the staff. Not everyone <br />receives the maximum salary. Mrs. <br />Kolata noted that there are more <br />positions listed than there are <br />Redevelopment staff. That allows <br />flexibility if there is an opening on the <br />staff. The Redevelopment Staff consists <br />of Mrs. Kolata and six Economic <br />Development Specialists. <br />Ms. Auburn thanked the staff for its <br />good work in 1995. One of the <br />pleasures of working on this Commission <br />is that it is supported by an excellent <br />staff. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1410 setting <br />maximum salaries for Redevelopment <br />Staff for 1996 and appointed the <br />Redevelopment staff. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. <br />1410 SETTING MAXIMUM SALARIES FOR <br />REDEVELOPMENT STAFF FOR 1995 AND <br />APPOINTED THE REDEVELOPMENT STAFF <br />SET REGULAR MEETING TA1ES FOR 1996 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Regular Meetings of the <br />Redevelopment Commission for 1996 <br />were set for the 1st and 3rd Friday of <br />each month at 10:00 a.m. local time. <br />-3- <br />COMMISSION SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES <br />FOR 1996 <br />
