South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Annual Organizational Meeting - January 2, 1996 <br />3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier, Deputy City ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Attorney, conducted the election of <br />officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Hojnacki nominated Ms. Paula <br />Auburn to serve as President of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mr. Donoho seconded the nomination. <br />There were no further nominations. The <br />vote being unanimous, Ms. Auburn was <br />elected President for 1996. <br />VICE- PRESIDENT <br />Ms. Auburn nominated Mr. Hunt to <br />serve as Vice - President of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. Mr. <br />Donoho seconded the motion. There <br />were no further nominations. The vote <br />being unanimous, Mr. Hunt was elected <br />Vice - President for 1996. <br />SECRETARY <br />Mr. Donoho nominated Mr. William <br />Hojnacki to serve as Secretary of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mr. Hunt seconded the nomination. <br />There were no further nominations.
