Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we have received a <br />proposal for Lot 5 in Phase II of the Toll <br />Road Industrial Park. Mr. Riggs <br />summarized the proposal. <br />Mr. Riggs noted that Lot 5 is located <br />between Crystal Mountain Water and <br />Midwest Embroidery. The proposed <br />purchase price is $74,750 which is $23,000 <br />per acre, the current listing price for the <br />property. Chris Davey submitted the <br />proposal, representing a yet -to -be -named <br />liability company. Cressy & Everett <br />Development Company will be constructing <br />a build -to -suit building for a local firm, <br />Circle International, which is currently <br />located on McGill Street in the Toll Road <br />Industrial Park. Circle International is a <br />business consulting firm which provides <br />local businesses with the means to export <br />their goods and services to overseas <br />markets.
