NEW BUSEWSS (Cont.) <br />e. continued... <br />International's proposal is to construct a <br />13,260 square foot building. Of that space, <br />2,500 square feet will be for office space <br />and the remainder for distribution/warehouse <br />space. The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal as submitted. <br />Mr. Hojnacki commented that this project <br />appears to offer local firms considerable <br />potential for the future in the international <br />market. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Circle International for Lot 5 in the Toll <br />Road Industrial Park. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1389 approving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for property located at 3601 <br />McGill Street in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Precision Millwork & <br />Plastics) <br />Mr. Beitzinger read the staff report on the <br />project. Precision Millwork & Plastics is a <br />manufacturer of custom wood and plastic <br />products, including store displays, boxes and <br />industrial products. Their project calls for <br />the replacement of a panel saw. The saw <br />they are currently using was manufactured in <br />1965 and is manually operated, slow and <br />inefficient.
