NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />no objection and the items were entered into <br />the record. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1384 appropriates $80,000 of tax <br />increment funds from the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area to be used in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. The funds will <br />primarily be used for design work for the <br />new boulevard which will be built between <br />the Parkview site and the Ivy Tbch site. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak. There was no <br />one who wished to speak. Ms. Auburn <br />closed the Public Hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1384. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1384, <br />a supplemental appropriation resolution of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area) <br />C.
