GENERAL ACCOUNT (420) <br />Real Estate Management Corp. <br />N.I.P.S.C.O. <br />Indiana Michigan Power Co. <br />Verkler Construction <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by Mr. <br />Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />November 17, 1995. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add three items <br />to the end of the agenda. They are Loan/Grant <br />applications which were inadvertently omitted <br />from the agenda. There were no objections and <br />items 6.t, 6.u., and 6.v. were added. <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1384, a <br />supplemental appropriation resolution of <br />the City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the Affidavits stating <br />that the Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in both the South Bend Tribune <br />and the Tri- County News on November 3, <br />1995 be entered into the record.
