Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release of <br />Mortgage for property located at 606 and <br />608 -610 W. Colfax Avenue. (Roland W. <br />Chamblee, Jr. and Angie R. Chamblee) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that under the Rental Rehab <br />Program the loan is forgiven 10% each year if <br />the requirements of the loan program are met. <br />The Chamblees have met all the conditions of <br />the loan program and the full amount of the <br />loan has been forgiven over the 10 years. <br />This document acknowledges that and releases <br />the mortgage. <br />Upon a motion Mr. Hojnacki, seconded by <br />Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried the <br />Commission approved the Satisfaction of <br />Obligations and Release of Mortgage for <br />property located at 606 and 608 -610 W. <br />Colfax Avenue. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1383 determining to pay <br />certain expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the Sample - <br />Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. 8) from the Sample - <br />Ewing Allocation Area (South Bend <br />Allocation Area No. 8) Special Fund. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1383 appropriates $80,000 of funds in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area and sets the <br />public hearing on the appropriation for <br />November 17, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. <br />-7- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />SATISFACTION OF OBLIGATIONS AND <br />RELEASE OF MORTGAGE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 606 AND 608 -610 W.
