NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />b. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Commercial Lease <br />with Catering by Billie, Inc. in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />c. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 229 E. Eckman. (Christine <br />Wallace) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the loan to Christine <br />Wallace was in the amount of $10,050.00 at <br />3 % interest for 20 years with monthly <br />payments of $55.74. The grant is $6,578.00. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan Program <br />for property located at 229 E. Eckman. <br />(Christine Wallace) <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Debt. (Teresa Markham) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Teresa Markham has <br />paid off her loan to the Commission. This <br />Satisfaction of Debt will be recorded so that <br />the title on this property is cleared. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho, and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Satisfaction of Debt <br />for Teresa Markham. <br />EM <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE <br />COMMERCIAL LEASE WITH CATERING BY <br />BILLIE, INC.
