This <br />Certificate of Waiver forgives $606.72 for <br />each of three years ending August 1, 1993, <br />1994, and 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $606.72 for each of <br />three years ending August 1, 1993, 1994, <br />and 1995 for property located at 1349 E. <br />Dubail. (Daniel Kois) <br />C. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located <br />at 602 E. Haney (Lorene Fowler). <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Bureau of <br />Housing staff has verified that the conditions <br />of the program have been met for this <br />property for the six year period ending <br />July 11, 1995. This Certificate of Waiver <br />forgives $850.00 for each of six years <br />ending July 11, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, <br />1994, and 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $850.00 for each of <br />six years ending July 11, 1990, 1991, 1992, <br />1993, 1994, and 1995 for property located at <br />602 E.
