Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located <br />at 717 E. Broadway. (Housing <br />Development Corp.) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Bureau of <br />Housing staff has verified that the conditions <br />of the program have been met for this <br />property for the year ending July 28, 1995. <br />This Certificate of Waiver forgives $870.00 <br />for the year ending July 28, 1995. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $870.00 for <br />property located at 717 E.
