COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Staff report on acquisition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />There was no report. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located <br />at 1349 E. Dubail (Daniel J. Kois). <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that under the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program 10 % of the loan is <br />forgiven each year if the borrower meets the <br />requirements of the loan program, which are <br />that the property be made available for rent <br />to low and moderate income individuals, that <br />the property be kept up to Code, that <br />property taxes are paid, and that the <br />property be kept insured.
