The west <br />facade and the west 15 feet of the north <br />facade will be restored as close as possible <br />to their original appearance. No fewer than <br />four retail shops will be developed along the <br />north facade facing the Hall of Fame. The <br />north facade will be enhanced as a complete <br />two to three story facade that compliments <br />the lines and feeling of the original west <br />facade. Coordinated canvas awnings will tie <br />the various uses together and soften the <br />exterior. The anchor tenant will be Rosie <br />O' Grady's restaurant out of San Diego, <br />California, using the entire second floor. <br />The owner is an attorney who has the largest <br />collection of Notre Dame memorabilia on <br />the west coast. The restaurant will have an <br />Irish and Notre Dame feel which will <br />include night time live Irish music in the <br />Pub section. <br />The first floor retail space will be for small <br />shops that will enhance the Hall of Fame <br />and will have strict, mall-type leasing <br />requiring minimum hours, attractive lighting <br />and displays, off - street employee parking, <br />quality signs and lights that must stay on <br />until 1:00 a.m. nightly. The third floor is <br />being prepared for office use or possible <br />expansion space for the restaurant. A <br />unique option Center City Associates is <br />presenting to both the restaurant and the <br />City is to develop an outside seating area for <br />the restaurant, using the air rights over Osco <br />Drug.
