The staff recommends <br />approving the Certificate of Waiver. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver for Earnest Jack and Mary Reed for <br />property located at 403 N. Studebaker in the <br />amount of $691.50 for each of two years as <br />of May 17, 1994 and 1995. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located <br />at 717 N. Blaine. (Kenneth and Janice R. <br />c` Miller) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,600.00 as of May 1, <br />1995.
