NEW BUSINESS <br />g. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $453.16 for each of three <br />years as of September 11, 1993, 1994 and <br />1995. The staff recommends approving the <br />Certificate of Waiver. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver for Paul W. and Mary Jo Quinn for <br />property located at 829 E. Miner Street in <br />the amount of $453.16 for each of three <br />years as of September 11, 1993, 1994, and <br />1995. <br />h. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant for property located at 718 S. <br />Albert. ( Rosie McInnis) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Rosie <br />McInnis is in the amount of $3,500.00 at <br />0% interest for 20 years with monthly <br />payments of $14.58. The grant is in the <br />amount of $3,346.75. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacld and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the request for a <br />Loan and Grant for property located at 718 <br />S.
