South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - May 5, 1995 <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 743 N. Blaine. <br />(Housing Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $750 per year for each <br />of four years as of October 1, 1991, <br />1992, 1993, and 1994. The staff <br />recommends approving the Certificate of <br />Waiver. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver for the Housing <br />Development Corporation for property <br />located at 743 N. Blaine in the amount <br />of $750 for each of four years as of <br />October 1, 1991, 1992, 1993, and 1994. <br />e. The staff <br />recommends approving the Certificate of <br />Waiver. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver for the Leonard E. <br />Leffel for property located at 730 N. <br />R1 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE <br />OF WAIVER FOR THE HOUSING <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 743 N.
