(Ellis Howell) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $670.50 as of April 1, <br />1995. The staff recommends approving <br />the Certificate of Waiver. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacid, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver for the Ellis <br />Howell property located at 515 N. <br />Harrison in the amount of $670.50 as of <br />April 1, 1995. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 702 W. <br />LaSalle. (timothy A. Mathias) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $2,610 per year for <br />each of seven years as of December 28, <br />1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, <br />1994.
