Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />There was no report. <br />C. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 422 N. College. <br />(Housing Development Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $2,600 per year for <br />each of four years as of March 4, 1992, <br />1993, 1994, and 1995. The staff <br />recommends approving the Certificate of <br />Waiver. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Hunt and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Certificate of Waiver for the Housing <br />Development Corporation for property <br />located at 422 N. College in the amount <br />of $2,600 for each of four years as of <br />March 4, 1992, 1993, 1994, and 1995. <br />IL 6.
