Commission approval requested for <br />use of Morris Civic Plaza by the South <br />Bend Symphony Orchestra on June <br />596,7, & 8, 1995. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the South Bend <br />Symphony Orchestra has asked <br />permission to use the Morris Civic Plaza <br />for two concerts a day between the hours <br />of 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and from <br />and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., <br />Monday, June 5 to Thursday, June 8, <br />1995. The staff recommends approving <br />the request, subject to South Bend <br />Symphony providing proof of insurance. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded <br />by Mr. Hcjnacki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />use of the Morris Civic Plaza by the <br />South Bend Symphony on June 5 -8, <br />1995. <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal from ATEC Associates for <br />Professional Services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Avanti site) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that ATEC has <br />previously installed some monitoring <br />wells at the Avanti site. Since the <br />building has been torn down, two of the <br />wells have not been found. This <br />proposal is for ATEC to find the <br />SEE <br />SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA. (815 S.
