The cost <br />of their proposal is $8,068. <br />Ms. Manier noted that the proposal does <br />not include a timetable and that it should <br />include one. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded <br />by Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />proposal from ATEC for Professional <br />Services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area on the condition that <br />ATEC provide a satisfactory timetable <br />for the work to be done. <br />o. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal from The Troyer Group for <br />Professional Services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that The Troyer <br />Group has been providing planning <br />services to us in the Sample -Ewing area <br />on an as- needed basis for a couple of <br />years. We would like to extend that <br />contract to cover both planning services <br />and project management and general <br />design assistance for at least two of our <br />house moves.
