Commission approval requested for <br />Commercial Lease between Center <br />City Associates, Inc. and St. Joseph <br />County Public Library for <br />Commission -owned property in the <br />South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this is another <br />sublease of Commission -owned property. <br />It is the parking lot known as the Baer's <br />lot. The St. Joseph County Public <br />Library uses the lot for parking. The <br />,+ staff recommends approving the <br />sublease. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Commercial Lease between <br />Center City Associates and the St. <br />Joseph County Public Library for <br />property located in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />extension of Contract for Sale of Land <br />in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area.
