NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />e. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Hojnacki and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1317 related to <br />acquisition of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area by Eminent <br />Domain. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Commercial Lease between Center <br />City Associates, Inc. and Holladay <br />Corporation for Commission owned <br />property in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the <br />Redevelopment Commission owns this <br />property at Michigan Street and Western <br />Avenue and leases it to Center City <br />Associates for parking purposes. It <br />contains approximately 109 parking <br />spaces. Under the terms of the lease <br />with Center City Associates, any <br />sublease of the property must be <br />approved by the Commission to make <br />sure it is consistent with the terms of its <br />lease to Center City Associates.
