NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />g. continued... <br />three additional months on their Contract <br />for Sale of Land which is set to expire <br />January 31, 1995. The additional three <br />months should allow them to determine <br />if they will be able to proceed with the <br />project. The staff recommends <br />approving the additional months on the <br />contract. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved a three month extension to the <br />Contract for Sale of Land with Trammell <br />Crow Company. <br />PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff is excited to <br />bring these several proposals to the Commission <br />for approval. She expects to have others to act <br />on in the Blackthom Development Area and <br />others outside the Blackthorn area. It is a busy <br />time. <br />8.
