The <br />staff recommends accepting the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Hojnacki and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the offer of $1,700 from Sweet <br />Realty for Disposition Parcel No. 17 in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />d.
