NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />h. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that ATEC Associates <br />would provide a Phase I environmental site <br />assessment of both locations for a lump sum <br />figure of $2,500. We have used the services <br />of ATEC in the past and have been very <br />satisfied with their services. The staff <br />recommends accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from <br />ATEC Associates for professional services <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />IL i. Commission approval requested for Proposal <br />from ATEC Associates, Inc. for professional <br />services in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. (Avanti site) <br />D <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Commission <br />had the Avanti site tested previously. Four <br />monitoring wells were placed in the ground <br />at that time (two years ago).
