Lauver for professional <br />services in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. (NE corner of Indiana and Lafayette) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this property is in <br />Block 10 of the Studebaker Corridor. Now <br />that the replat has taken place on that block, <br />we need to have an appraisal done on the <br />property so that we can put it up for sale. <br />Mr. Lauver proposes to do the appraisal for <br />$750. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Ralph D. Lauver for professional services in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. (NE <br />corner of Indiana and Lafayette) <br />k. Commission approval requested for Proposal <br />from Ralph D. Lauver for professional <br />services in the Sample-Ewing Dpment <br />Area. (Disposition Parcel A) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Mr. Lauver proposes <br />to do a reuse appraisal on the land in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area which we <br />expect will be used for the Parkview <br />Juvenile Center. The cost of the appraisal <br />will be $2,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the Proposal from <br />Ralph D.
