NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />f. continued... <br />Among those conditions are maintaining the <br />property to Code, keeping taxes paid up to <br />date, keeping the property insured, and <br />making the property available to low and <br />moderate income tenants. This Certificate <br />of Waiver forgives $870 per year for the six <br />years beginning July 28, 1989 through July <br />28, 1994. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $870 per year for <br />July 28, 1989 through July 28, 1994 to the <br />IL Housing Development Corporation for <br />property located at 717 E. Broadway. <br />[A <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located at <br />901, 905, and 909 Lincolnway West. <br />(Housing Development Corporation) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $4,500 per year for <br />May 30, 1993 and 1994 to the Housing <br />Development Corporation for property <br />located at 901, 905, and 909 Lincolnway <br />West. <br />h. Commission approval requested for Proposal <br />from ATEC Associates, Inc. for professional <br />services in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. (Midas Muffler and Main Muffler) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE <br />OF WAIVER IN THE AMOUNT OF $870 PER <br />YEAR FOR JULY 28, 1989 THROUGH <br />JULY 28, 1994 TO THE HOUSING <br />DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 717 E.
