Commission approval requested for Loan in <br />connection with the Roof Loan Program for <br />property located at 2216 S. Leer Street. <br />(Christina Pace) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the loan to Christina <br />Pace is in the amount of $3,950 at 0% <br />interest for 10 years. Monthly payments <br />will be $32.91. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan in <br />connection with the Roof Loan Program for <br />property located at 2216 S. Leer Street. <br />(Christina Pace) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add three <br />items to the Commission Agenda: a proposal <br />from ATEC Associates, a staff report on <br />disposition of property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area, and a report on <br />acquisition of land in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. There were no <br />objections and items 6.r., 6.s., and 6.t. were <br />added. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located at <br />717 E. Broadway. (Housing Development <br />Corporation) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Housing <br />Development Corporation has a Rental <br />Rehab Loan on the property at 717 E. <br />Broadway. Under the Rental Rehab Loan <br />Program, 10 % of a loan may be forgiven <br />each year if certain conditions are met. <br />7 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE ROOF LOAN <br />PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2216 S.
