Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized the use of redevelopment owned property at the corner of Washington Street and Walnut Street by the Berean Seventh -Day Adventist Church through August 15, 1994. r. Commission approval requested for Proposal from ATEC Associates. Inc. for professional services in the South Bend Central Development Area. Mrs. Kolata explained that ATEC has proposed to perform a Phase I environmental assessment at the Driesbach property for a lump sum cost of $1,850. We are getting prepared to dispose of the property through the bid process and need to have an environmental assessment. Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the proposal from ATEC Associates for a Phase I environmental assessment of the Driesbach property in the South Bend Central Development Area. s. Staff report on disposition of land in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. (Disposition Parcel No. 18) Mrs. Kolata explained that the Commission owns a parcel of land on the south side of IL Garst between Main and Michigan, also known as 116 W. Garst. It is approximately 34 feet by 89 feet. The minimum bid price was $2,650 for the 3,036 sft.
