He proposes to improve the lot as <br />a parking area for his business. He plans to <br />plant six ornamental trees. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, FROM JOSEPH GORNEY FOR DISPOSITION <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from PARCEL NO. 18 IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />Joseph Gorney for Disposition Parcel No. 18 DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />t. Staff report on acquisition of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the staff received a <br />counter offer from Peter Mattheos, owner of <br />Main Muffler Shop. The original purchase <br />offer was in the amount of $219,190 several <br />pieces of property making up the Main <br />Muffler site. The counter offer is in the <br />amount of $250,000. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter offer <br />in the amount of $250,000 for the property <br />owned by Peter Mattheos (Main Muffler <br />Shop) in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that Stephenson Mill <br />Apartments has already rented 20 apartments in <br />the four days they have been available. <br />17 <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER <br />OFFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000 FOR <br />THE MAIN MUFFLER SHOP IN THE SAMPLE - <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />PROJECT REPORTS <br />
