Commission approval requested for <br />Minimum Course Maintenance Standards for <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />Ms. Manier explained that this document <br />sets the minimum course maintenance <br />standards for North American Golf to <br />maintain at Blackthorn. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Operations <br />Policies for Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />q. Commission approval requested for use of <br />redevelopment -owned property at the corner <br />of Washington Street and Walnut Street bX <br />the Berean Seventh -Day Adventist Church <br />until August , 1994. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Berean Seventh - <br />Day Adventist Church has used this property <br />with the Redevelopment Commission's <br />permission for some outdoor meetings and <br />church programs which have been very <br />successful. They would like to continue to <br />use the property for similar meetings <br />through August 15.
