Filing of Resolution No. 1283 and setting a <br />public hearing for Au sum, 1994 at 10:00 <br />a.m. on Resolution No. 1283. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1283 amends the acquisition list for the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area by adding <br />two parcels of property. Those properties <br />are the two parcels owned by Frank and <br />Justine Polack. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted Resolution <br />No. 1283 for filing and set a public hearing <br />for August 19, 1994 at 10:00 a.m. on <br />ILI Resolution No. 1283. <br />m. Staff report on acquisition of property in the <br />West Washington- Chapin Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the staff has received <br />two counter offers for the Commission to <br />consider. Both are from Josephine and <br />Leroy Kingsberry. The first is for property <br />located at 202 S. Chapin. The purchase <br />offer was in the amount of $15,200. The <br />counter offer is $22,500. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter offer <br />from Josephine and Leroy Kingsberry in the <br />amount of $22,500 for property located at <br />202 S.
