The original purchase offer <br />was in the amount of $1,900. The counter <br />offer is in the amount of $3,400. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter offer <br />from Josephine and Leroy Kingsberry in the <br />amount of $3,400 for property located at <br />210 - 212 S. Chapin in the West <br />Washington - Chapin Development Area. <br />ILI n. Commission approval requested for Golf <br />Course Operations and Management <br />Agreement for Blackthorn Golf Course. <br />Ms. Manier explained that the Management <br />Agreement is between the Commission and <br />North American Golf. North American <br />Golf has been our project manager for the <br />construction of Blackthorn Golf Course and <br />have now submitted a proposal under which <br />they propose to operate the golf course for <br />the Commission. The staff has negotiated <br />the terms of the Management Agreement. <br />The Joint Committee of the Airport <br />Authority and the Redevelopment <br />Commission met to discuss the proposal. <br />The document before the Commission today <br />represents the input of the Joint Committee <br />as to how it wishes to see the golf course <br />managed. <br />12 <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE COUNTER <br />OFFER FROM JOSEPHINE AND LEROY <br />KINGSBERRY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,400 <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 210 - 212 S. <br />CHAPIN IN THE WEST WASHINGTON - <br />CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
