Pennsylvania DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />h. Staff report on acquisition of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the staff has received <br />eight counter offers. The first is from Bennie <br />and Rhetta Kirk for a single family residence <br />located at 408 E. Ohio. The original <br />purchase offer was $28,000. The counter <br />offer is $30,000. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE COUNTER <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the OFFER FROM BENNIE & RHETTA KIRK IN <br />Commission approved the counter offer from THE AMOUNT OF $30,000 FOR PROPERTY <br />Bennie & Rhetta Kirk in the amount of LOCATED AT 408 E. OHIO <br />$30,000 for property located at 408 E. Ohio. <br />The next counter offer is from Woodrow and <br />Beverly Bradford for a vacant lot located at <br />244 E. Elder. The original purchase offer <br />was for $625.
