NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />e. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $691.50 for each of <br />the three years ending May 28, 1991, 1992, <br />and 1993 for property located at 403 N. <br />Studebaker. (Ernest Jack and Mary E. Reed) <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1240 related to acquisition of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area by Eminent Domain. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution No. <br />1240 authorizes the purchase of seven <br />additional properties, including the Boys and <br />Girls Club on Wenger and Fellows streets. <br />The prices fixed for the properties are for <br />real estate only, not for any fixtures. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1240 <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area by Eminent <br />Domain. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Residential Lease for property located at 117 <br />E. Pennsylvania in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Commission <br />has closed on this property but Beatrice <br />Jenkins has not moved yet.
