NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />g. continued... <br />Woodrow and Beverly Bradford in the <br />amount of $750 for property located at 244 <br />E. Elder. <br />The next counter offer is from Woodrow & <br />Beverly Bradford for a single family <br />residence located at 246 E. Elder. The <br />original purchase offer was $12,000. The <br />counter offer is $13,500. The staff <br />recommends accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the counter offer from <br />Woodrow & Beverly Bradford in the amount <br />of $13,500 for property located at 246 E. <br />Elder. <br />The next counter offer is from Inez and <br />Leslie Bracey for a single family residence <br />located at 404 E. Keasey. The original <br />purchase offer was $12,750. The counter <br />offer is $14,250.
