(Leo R. and <br />Cleora Kelsch) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $533.20 for each of three <br />years ending August 15, 1991, 1992, and <br />1993. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $533.20 for each of <br />the years ending August 15, 1991, 1992, <br />1993 for property located at 617 N. Cushing <br />'' (Leo R. and Cleora Kelsch). <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with the <br />Rental Rehab Loan Program for propertX <br />located at 403 N. Studebaker. (Ernest Jack <br />and Mary E. Reed <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $691.50 for each of three <br />years ending May 28, 1991, 1992, and 1993. <br />Mrs. Kolata also disclosed that Ernest Jack <br />Reed is the Mayor's Administrative <br />Assistant.
