Smith at 228 Laurel. <br />Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with the <br />Rental Rehab Loan Program for property <br />located at 619 N. Cushing.,. (Leo R. and <br />Cleora Kelsch) <br />1G, Mrs. Kolata explained that under the Rental <br />Rehab Program 10 % of the loan may be <br />forgiven each year if the property is kept up <br />to code, is current on its taxes, and is made <br />available to low and moderate income <br />tenants. <br />This Certificate of Waiver forgives $750 for <br />each of three years September 18, 1991, <br />1992, and 1993 for property located at 619 <br />N. Cushing. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in the amount of $750 for the years <br />ending September 18, 1991, 1992, and 1993 <br />for property located at 619 N.
