Staff report on acquisition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt noted that we have received <br />several counter offers which we wish the <br />Commission to consider. <br />The first counter offer is from Clara <br />Kopinski for a 1,600 sft vacant lot at 110 <br />E. Ohio. The original purchase offer <br />was for $950. The counter offer is <br />$1,250. The staff recommends accepting <br />the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter offer from Clara Kopinski in the <br />amount of $1, 250 for a vacant lot at 110 <br />E. Ohio Street. <br />The second counter offer is from Clara <br />Kopinski for a 1,600 sft vacant lot at 112 <br />E. Ohio. The original purchase offer <br />was for $950. The counter offer is <br />$1,250.
