NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />e. continued... <br />Commission's efforts in the Studebaker <br />Corridor. <br />Mr. Hunt stated that the notice of public <br />hearing was published in the South Bend <br />Tribune and the Tri- County News on <br />December 24, 1993. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if there was any <br />objection to the proofs of publication <br />being entered into the record. There was <br />no objection and the proofs of <br />publication were so entered. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing <br />on Resolution No. 1211 for whoever <br />wished to speak. There was no one who <br />wished to speak. Ms. Auburn closed the <br />Public Hearing. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1211. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />Resolution No. 1211, a Supplemental <br />Appropriation Resolution of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />(Sample -Ewing Development Area) <br />g.
