The staff <br />recommends accepting the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter offer from Juanita Donaldson in <br />the amount of $15,000 for property <br />located at 209 E. Keasey. <br />The fourth counter offer is from Eugene <br />Kyle for a single family residence at 217 <br />E. Keasey. The original purchase offer <br />was for $14,000. The counter offer is <br />$15,500.
