Ms. Auburn closed the <br />Public Hearing. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1210. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Piasecki and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved Resolution No. 1210, a <br />Supplemental Appropriation Resolution <br />of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />e. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1211 <br />a S=Iemental Appropriation Resolution <br />of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission (Sample - <br />Ewing_ Development Area). <br />Mr. Hunt explained that Resolution No. <br />1211 appropriates $1,800,000 from the <br />Sample -Ewing Tax Increment Finance <br />Area to be used for direct expenditures <br />primarily associated with the acquisition <br />of property and public works for the Ivy <br />Tech and Parkview projects. This <br />continues the acquisition that was begun <br />last year. A portion of the money will <br />be used for curbs and sidewalks, street <br />trees and lighting to continue the <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1210 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. <br />1210, A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION <br />RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND <br />REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (SOUTH <br />BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />
