Andrysiak, Classified <br />Manager of the Tri- County News, that <br />the Notice of Hearing was published in <br />that weekly newspaper on December 24, <br />1993; 4) A memo from Ann Kolata that <br />on December 21, 1993, she sent a copy <br />of the Notice of Hearing to the affected <br />property owners and registered <br />neighborhood associations; 5) A copy of <br />Resolution No. 1205 which is the subject <br />of the public hearing; 6) As of 10:00 <br />a.m. on January 4, 1994, 0 <br />written remonstrances were received. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing <br />on Resolution No. 1205 for anywone <br />who wished to speak. There was no one <br />who wished to speak. Ms. Auburn <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />b.
