The <br />committee has not needed to meet for either <br />of these purposes yet, but will need to be <br />organized and meet before long to approve a <br />management agreement when it is ready. <br />The Airport Authority has appointed its two <br />members and the Commission needs to do <br />so at this time. <br />Mr. Donoho nominated Paula Auburn and <br />Philip Faccenda to represent the <br />Redevelopment Commission on this <br />committee. Mr. Sharp seconded the <br />rw nomination. There being no further <br />nominations, Mr. Donoho made a motion <br />that the Commission appoint Paula Auburn <br />and Philip Faccenda to the Joint Committee <br />to oversee the management and operation of <br />Blackthorn Golf Course. Mr. Sharp <br />seconded the motion and the appointments <br />were unanimously approved. <br />L <br />m. Staff report on Disposition of Property in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />(611 S. Clinton). <br />Mr. Eddington explained that the Watseka <br />Theatre Corporation, the same firm that is <br />rehabilitating the State Theater, has offered <br />to purchase the property at 611 S. Clinton <br />for $1.00 to rehab it and use it for a single <br />family home. They expect the repairs to <br />take about twelve months to complete at a <br />cost of approximately $50,000.
