The <br />Common Council will consider an <br />appropriation ordinance on May 28 to do the <br />79 parcels. <br />York Title has proposed to do title work on <br />the 79 parcels for $135 each for a 30-day <br />turn - around and the remaining 190 parcels for <br />$135 each for a 90 -day turn- around. <br />St. Joseph Title provided a quote for <br />certificates of title, but not for updates or <br />final title policies in the future, so their <br />proposal was not acceptable. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from York <br />Title for title services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area at the rate of $135 per <br />parcel. <br />i. Commission alroroval requested for pr=pl <br />for survey services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Devel ment Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we received proposals <br />from Peirce and Associates, Valley <br />Engineering and Lang Feeney. Peirce and <br />Associates is the low bidder, proposing to do <br />the first 79 in 30 days for a price of $12,300. <br />They would do the remaining 190 parcels on <br />a 60-day turn- around at $112 each. <br />-56- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE <br />PROPOSAL FROM YORK TITLE FOR <br />1TTLE SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA AT THE RATE OF <br />$135 PER PARCEL <br />
