Our bond <br />documents allow us to set aside money for <br />ongoing maintenance. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE PARKING <br />Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH <br />Commission approved the Parking ANWO PARIaNG <br />Management Agreement with AMPCO <br />Parking. <br />g. Commission aMmy-al requested for p=sal <br />for auvraisal services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area.. <br />Item 6.g. was deleted from the agenda. <br />ITEM 6.G. WAS DENTED FROM THE <br />AGENDA <br />h. Commission approval requested for proposal <br />for title services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we have asked for <br />proposals for title and survey work in the new <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area to begin the <br />work necessary to acquire the parcels we <br />designated in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. We supplied the companies with a map <br />indicating which parcels needed title work and <br />to be surveyed. The designated area is <br />between Broadway, Michigan,Ohio and <br />Fellows streets, a total of 269 parcels. We <br />asked them to break that out into a bid for 79 <br />parcels immediately with a notice to proceed <br />-55- <br />
