Therefore, they <br />recommended that the ground beneath the <br />building be tested after demolition to be <br />sure there were not higher concentrations <br />of petroleum by- products. We feel we <br />will need this information prior to <br />disposing of the land. EIS has proposed <br />a "time and materials" proposal, <br />estimating the cost as high as $19,000. <br />We would only conduct as many tests as <br />are necessary. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from <br />EIS Environmental Engineers to perform <br />environmental testing in the Studebaker <br />Corridor Development Area (Transwestern <br />Building) . <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add two items <br />to the agenda. There was no objection and <br />items 6.n. and 6.o were added to the agenda. <br />f.
