NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />f. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Rental Rehab <br />Loan in the amount of $6,063 for property <br />located at 1349 E. Dubail. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Daniel J. Kois in the amount of <br />$34,467.00 in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Program for property located at <br />1349 E. Dubail. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation for property located <br />at 416 E. South Street. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that based on the <br />' program guidelines of the Rental Rehab <br />Program, South Bend Heritage Foundation <br />is entitled to forgiveness of 10%- of <br />their loan, $1400, as of March 17, 1992. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in the amount of $1400 as of <br />March 17, 1992 for South Bend Heritage <br />Foundation for property located at 416 E. <br />South Street. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1060 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 322 E. <br />Colfax Avenue in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Brett Plaza One, Inc.) <br />Mr. Fonash read the staff report on this <br />project. The petitioner proposes to <br />totally renovate the interior and <br />exterior of the existing vacant structure <br />at 322 East Colfax Avenue, by the East <br />Race, for 100* office use.
