We intend to purchase the <br />property owned by the Industrial <br />Foundation and make it available for <br />industrial development. We do not intend <br />to acquire all of the property in the <br />parcels west of the U.S. 31 by -pass. The <br />Toll Road will be acquiring most of that <br />property for their ramp. We intend to <br />acquire the remainder from the Toll Road. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak. <br />Mr. Conboy stated that he would cooperate <br />in any way he could with the project. He <br />had no other comment. <br />There being no one else who wished to <br />speak, Ms. Auburn closed the public <br />hearing. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1058. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Huddleston and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved <br />Resolution No. 1058 expanding the <br />boundaries of the Airport Economic <br />Development Area, expanding the <br />allocation area for purposes of tax <br />increment financing and amending the <br />Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />C. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1059 relating to <br />acquisition of property within the West <br />Washington - Chapin Development Area by <br />Eminent Domain. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Commission had <br />previously acquired this property from <br />the County.
